As the founder of Young’s School of Gospel and Jazz Piano, Tim is dedicated to helping students grow into skilled musicians with a clear artistic direction. His teaching connects theory, listening, and improvisation with real-world application — bridging the gap between study and stage.
Through the Jazz Artist Mentorship Program, Tim helps musicians develop the mindset and skills needed for a professional career. The program blends personalized feedback, collaboration, and career insight to prepare artists for the opportunities and challenges of working in today’s music industry.
